Attack from Mars/Revenge from Mars

With these two sister slots, WMS Gaming combines its innovative Sensory Immersion game style and new “Player’s Life Web Services” online program with the comic style of the manufacturer’s earliest video slots.

Both of the games are available in 25-line or 40-line configurations. The Sensory Immersion style comes with the trademark motion chair and surround-sound BOSE speakers, in this case used for funny bonus rounds surrounding the cheesy sci-fi Martian-attack theme.

The games are presented in a multi-game configuration. Each game  has two main bonus events and a wild feature. The wild feature is a mystery bonus that randomly turns symbols on the game screen wild.

The main bonus events in Attack from Mars are called the “There Goes the Universe” and “Duck, It’s Chicken.” In the first, the player selects points on a Martian ship to reveal a credit award, the “Mother Ship” or a “Tractor Beam” feature. The Mother Ship awards a multiplier, and the Tractor Beam feature presents a video sequence that has the player progressing through various levels. “Duck, It’s Chicken” gives the player an unlimited number of free spins—each winning spin extends the bonus and awards one of four features.

The main bonus events in Revenge from Mars are called “Mars Kneads Women,” in which the player takes the role of the alien and selects sets of women to reveal bonus awards until revealing a “Sergeant” to end the bonus; and “Abducting Makes Me Hungry,” in which the player, again as the Martian, selects from 10 stores to reveal credit awards until the Martian ship “aborts” the mission.

Both games are enabled for the WMS Player’s Life Web Services, which means players can track bonus accomplishments and unlock additional content online at home.
