Konami Gaming Inc. has announced a full lineup for G2E 2018, including Ultra HD game cabinets, popular progressive jackpot features, proven bonus play mechanics, and cardless player loyalty solutions.
With momentum from game series like Star Watch and Celestial Sun/Moon Riches, Konami is leveraging demonstrated game play features and bonus mechanics to bring compelling entertainment to every Concerto cabinet, from the original upright to the new 65-inch 4K Ultra HD Concerto Opus.
In addition to record expansions to the Concerto Collection game library, Konami will premiere a new 4K video cabinet, KX 43, with a 43-inch edge-lit single screen, relaxed slant top, lighted dash interface and exclusive 4K game content. Konami’s award-winning Synkros casino management system will introduce a cardless player loyalty solution, SynkConnect, which gives players a variety of convenient methods to log in to their account at the game machine.
“From top game play features to leading-edge systems technology, Konami is always creating new opportunities for casino players and operators to enjoy lasting engagement and memorable entertainment,” says Steve Walther, Konami senior director of marketing and product management. “This year’s G2E lineup is characterized by continued growth and innovation across an array of original Konami releases, which we look forward to sharing with over 25,000 gaming executives and professionals from around the world.”
Among the key releases is Konami’s latest cabinet, KX 43, which will arrive at the event with nearly a dozen exclusive game themes in 4K Ultra HD resolution. The cabinet’s 43-inch portrait screen features four times the pixel depth of standard HD, with custom-programed graphics interacting between the game screen and the LCD button panel. With a standard USB charging port, double cup holders and classic bash button, the KX 43 is designed with player comfort and convenience in mind.
“KX 43 delivers a unique gaming experience through its 4K-resolution game content, and provides just the right combination of premium and practical,” says Walther. “It’s designed with a lean frame and standard base width for any area of the floor, and comes with a competitive lineup of premiere titles, from symbol-driven linked progressives to original jackpot bonuses.”
The company will also display a variety of quality game content for each cabinet in the Concerto Collection. Konami’s 65-inch 4K Concerto Opus will debut a unique linked progressive called Treasure Ball, which rewards players with mystery jackpot prize balls in greater numbers and sizes as they increase their bet.
Agent: Magnifying Jackpots and Inspector: Sign of the Jackpots continue the success of Konami’s Strike Zone mechanic on the curved Concerto Crescent and Stack cabinets with scaling multi-denom standalone jackpots. Other progressives—including Solstice Celebration Triple Sparkle; Matsuri Kojiki Moon; Sparkling Roses Color Bloom; the Golden Blocks series; and Jackpot Streams Evolution—will also span the floor with leading mechanics to reach and reward players.
“Konami’s latest game theme developments are at the highest level of depth and quality. We’ve invested strong talent, research and strategic thought into these titles and look forward to introducing them to the industry for the first time during G2E 2018,” says Walther.
This year’s G2E marks the debut of Konami’s SynkConnect cardless player loyalty solution. Booth 1259 is shared with Ainsworth Game Technology, for which Novomatic Americas parent Novomatic AG is majority shareholder.
Commercial and tribal gaming operators can explore the wide-ranging product suite on offer and understand how Novomatic’s award-winning technology can boost their operations. The Novostar V.I.P. 3.50 cabinet with Python Chair, billed as the next level of player immersion, will present a new IP title for casino markets: MacGyver.
In a game based on the iconic TV show of the ’80s, players join the original MacGyver, Richard Dean Anderson and the lead cast on an explosive adventure, using paper clips, duct tape and chewing gum as tools to collect prizes and unlock progressive jackpots.
MacGyver will join From Dusk Till Dawn, launched last year, in Novomatic’s branded offerings. Both IP titles will also be presented in a compact style on the V.I.P. Lounge 2.32 cabinet.
Spearheaded by the Panthera 2.27 twin screen cabinet and the Panthera 1.43 and V.I.P. Lounge 1.43 that feature curved-screen 4K displays, various cabinet series for all-sized venues will showcase a selection of new single games—featuring Dragon Hits; Prize of the Nile; Prized Panda; Princesses of War; Riches Ahoy!; and Great American Wilds—from the Novomatic Americas Mount Prospect, Illinois studio and the Winfinity Games and 707 Games studios in Austria.
The Enchanted Fortunes Linked Jackpot will show progressive themes from the Fortunes series. New Otium bingo games will be on display. And leading multi-game mixes will be presented—with new mixes for Illinois and Pennsylvania VGT markets, and a newly designed mix targeting Latin America.
Electronic table games based on the internationally renowned Novo Line Novo Unity II platform have been growing their U.S. footprint, and at G2E, automated, virtual and live versions of popular table games will be presented with two automated roulette wheels and a live baccarat table to demonstrate variations of the powerful system. Adding to the popular Cammegh Spread-Bet Roulette, new Black Jack and Baccarat Spread-Bet side bets make their debut at the show, and prominent signage from Novomatic Media Technologies will round-off this year’s ETG display.
Recognizing a large-scale opportunity in sports betting has proved fruitful. With the U.S. sports betting market now open for business, Novomatic has teamed up with Sportradar to co-develop an innovative line of sports betting products and services that will be demonstrated on a special area of the Novomatic booth dedicated to sports betting.
Another designated area for systems will display the scalable and modular Octavian myACP casino management system.
Greentube online content will feature in the Novomatic Interactive area with titles such as Almighty Reels-Realm of Poseidon, Jaguar Moon, Steinhaus and Asian Diamonds among the highlights. Online versions of Novomatic slots popular in the U.S. land-based market—featuring From Dusk Till Dawn and the Tales of Darkness series with Lunar Eclipse, Full Moon and Break of Dawn themes—will demonstrate an extensive range of omni-channel offerings.
Ainsworth’s portfolio will include the company’s Class III, Class II, Washington State and historical horse-racing product lines. On show will be a selection of new stand-alone and linked progressive games, new titles on the A640 cabinets, online gaming content, the upgraded EVO cabinet making its North American trade show debut, and new linked progressive brands including the new Pac-Man Link series.
“The player entertainment experience is most important, and good content is king,” says Rick Meitzler, CEO of Novomatic Americas. “With new titles, innovative progressive product lines and electronic table game solutions, it’s going to be a fantastic show for us. What is most exciting as we are preparing for G2E 2018 is the amount of titles and cabinets that we have in the pipeline for 2019.
“This will be a breakout year for us in the VGT market as well, with the planned launch of our Octavian myACP system and new game suites for both Illinois and Pennsylvania,” Meitzler continued. “Look out for us at G2E—we have the right team, and I’m excited to show off our great product selection.”

Incredible Technologies Offers Infinity Edge Cabinet at G2E 2018
Incredible Technologies will introduce its new Infinity Edge cabinet at Booth 4047. The “powerhouse” cabinet offers custom branded content, vivid graphics and modular configurations to fit every operator’s needs.
Incredible Technologies is heading into G2E 2018 with three consecutive years of year-over-year growth in the gaming market. The company is now licensed in 29 states in the U.S. and has expanded into Canada with the installation of its award-winning products in Ontario. Plans are under way to expand to additional provinces through 2019.
Following the nationwide rollout of its award-winning core cabinet, Infinity V55, IT will introduce the Infinity V55 Edge at G2E. After changing the product merchandising game with the patented Simple Sign Display Kit on the core Infinity U23 cabinet, IT now is extending its retail marketing vision with the Infinity Edge—IT’s answer to operator concerns about expensive Plexiglas wedges with complicated printed inserts and outdated in-house marketing signage.
Infinity Edge features a 4K LCD video wedge that displays visually stunning motion graphics and custom casino branded content, built specifically for placement with its Infinity V55 cabinet. The Infinity Edge will be on display at G2E in numerous unique modular configurations that will fit every operator’s needs.
“The Infinity Edge is a first in the gaming industry,” says IT Director of Product Marketing Caitlin Harte. “By listening to our customers’ needs, we are now able to fill a huge gap in the market by developing another clever and modular product merchandising effect with the Edge’s introduction.”
The Edge was “not only designed to create a compelling attract mode for IT games,” Harte added, “but to provide an opportunity for every property to display dynamic custom casino-level branded content. The Infinity Edge combined with the proven performance of the V55 cabinet make this a powerhouse for the slot floor.”
IT will also showcase the expanding catalog of V55 game titles, all available at the show for sale with proven performance. The company’s first premium multi-game product, Incredistars Money, will be on display featuring the Infinity Edge. Three all-star titles from the company’s signature Money collection of games—Crazy Money II; Money Rain; and Money Roll—come together in a new, vertically stacked, multi-game experience. Incredistars Money utilizes the entire 55-inch monitor to display three games at once, capitalizes on the 4K resolution to display bonus events like never before.

TCSJohnHuxley Marks 45 Years at G2E
At G2E 2018, TCSJohnHuxley will mark 45 years as a manufacturer and supplier of live table-gaming products and services. The company will introduce innovative new gaming technologies at Booth 4439.
TCSJohnHuxley is known around the world as a leading manufacturer of live table-gaming products and services. At G2E 2018, to celebrate its 45th anniversary, the company will showcase live table gaming products and services plus a range of new innovations.
Among the table-game technologies will be a new addition to the Gaming Floor Live platform. GFL Bonusing Rewards features an innovative multi-level award system funded by the casino’s marketing budget that allows players to experience the excitement of winning jackpot prizes without the need to place separate side bets. These awards can be configured by a percentage contribution based on the table minimum, with players enrolled in the chance to win a prize just by participating in the hand. The only operational requirement is for the dealer to register players via a dealer console, where they are confirmed as taking part with the player position indicated on the display. With no additional steps, game speed and player experience are not affected.
As a leading manufacturer of roulette wheels and to mark the milestone 45th year, the company will showcase a selection of its benchmark range. The latest addition to the portfolio is the Saturn Triple Zero Roulette wheel, which incorporates a unique 39-pocket design that provides an exciting additional bet for players and a higher house edge for operators. The higher hold of the Triple Zero wheel allows operators to offer a lower minimum bet while keeping the game profitable. Thanks to TCSJohnHuxley’s handcrafted number ring, which features individual tiles, casinos may customise the Triple Zero wheel by adding a symbol or casino logo in place of the 000.
Another important product will also make its debut at the show. The all-new Chipper Champ Pro features key upgrades to provide operators with improved productivity, security and reliability. Now incorporating a built-in camera and unique fold-away digital screen that can display chip column counts, Wheel Bias and Inclinometer at the touch of a button, the Chipper Champ Pro is “a real knockout,” according to the company.
“Our 45th anniversary year has been a time to celebrate our heritage and acknowledge our stakeholders,” says Executive Chairman Tristan Sjöberg. “But we are also looking firmly to the future as we continue to innovate and lead the industry with our strong portfolio of products. Our offering at G2E reflects the ethos of TCSJohnHuxley, fusing high-quality craftsmanship, creativity, technology and enterprise which drives the success of our business and that of our customers.”

Rymax Marketing Debuts Annual Gift List at G2E 2018
Rymax Marketing Services Inc., a leader in player loyalty programs, will come to G2E 2018 armed with solutions to help gaming properties attract, grow and retain customers and boost player spend. Visit Booth 3623.
Rymax Marketing Services Inc. works with clients to enhance loyalty programs and target new audience members, including online gamers and sports bettors. The company’s 2018 Annual Gift Guide, #RymaxGiftstagram, includes the newest rewards items from a roster of 400 brands and 15,000 reward options.
“We know what motivates your players and your employees when it comes to brands and products,” says Paul Gordon, senior vice president of sales for Rymax. “The rising popularity of online casinos, the resurgence and revitalization of various casino regions and the legalization of sports betting have created a new opportunity for casinos to build loyalty among a new population of casino-goers.”
As the gaming industry evolves, Gordon adds, so must player loyalty programs. “Each program should be strategically designed to effectively target players of all ages, at every level, in every sector of the gaming marketplace.” From baby boomers with discretionary income to the elusive millennial segment, casino properties must create strong marketing initiatives that work across categories.
“The first step in creating an effective player loyalty is understanding the power of the brands that draw players into your loyalty programs,” according to Gordon.
Rymax builds and executes award-winning interactive reward events, through which players are given access to a wide array of customized reward options in person, in an exclusive setting.
Earlier this year, Rymax rolled out an upgraded version of its proprietary online rewards platform, MaxSite, with a smart new look, faster capabilities, a scalable build-out and new ways to search and redeem for rewards.
The company’s enhanced rewards redemptions app, MaxMobile, gives rewards participants on handhelds a convenient, user-friendly experience, where they can be rewarded in real time.
“The challenge today is to communicate on as many platforms as possible and deliver content in a way that players access other information,” says Gordon. “Everyone is on a ‘smart’ device, and we need to deliver the Player Loyalty message in those forms to drive play.”
For more information, visit Rymax at Booth 3623.
FABICash, Secure Trading Present FABISport at G2E
FABICash and Secure Trading have partnered to develop FABISport, a total sports-betting online and offline cash management system. The product will be on display inside Booth 1820 at G2E2018.
Secure Trading, a leader in online gaming with its compliance and payments platform, has partnered with FABICash, a leader in casino cash access and compliance solutions, to launch the first end-to-end sports betting online and offline platform for deposits and payments. The platform enables FABI’s extensive casino client base and new customers to link on-premise sports betting with online and mobile-based sports betting. Together, the companies have created a solution with multiple (card, ACH, prepaid) pay-in and pay-out solutions that are simple, secure and instant for their players.
With the U.S. Supreme Court’s overturning of PAPSA, casinos throughout the U.S. are rushing to offer sports betting in legalized states. According to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, the total U.S. market for sports betting could exceed $6 billion by 2023. As the new industry expands, casinos and their patrons are seeking platforms and payment solutions to fund both on-premise and online sports betting.
FABISport is designed to provide security, engage and retain customers in a highly competitive industry, and reduce costs while generating additional revenue for casinos. The solution was also designed to manage the casinos’ regulatory compliance activities.
Central to FABISport is a prepaid card program that enable players to fund their online sports-betting accounts. For bettors, FABISport provides a simple, straightforward online application process, allowing them to quickly get into the game. It’s combined with FABITrack, the Title 31 Compliance and AML Data Analytics software application, for a superior sports-betting solution.
Launched in 2014, Secure Trading’s ST1 compliance and payments solution is a highly-specialized platform for regulated online gaming merchants, and now for sports betting. With more than 15 years of experience in Europe supporting key online poker and sports gaming clients, Secure Trading has imported both the product and knowledge from a legal, regulatory and compliance standpoint to support FABI’s client base and the industry. With a presence in Atlanta, London and Malta, Secure Trading provides a ST1 solution focused on two key industry challenges:
- Providing flexible payment options for pay-in and pay-out of winnings; and
- Assuring bettors are compliant with state regulations
“Secure Trading was the most like-minded partner for us when it came to payment processing,” says FABI President Anthony Rabito. “The company’s status as best-in-class technology with a flexible design, allowing casinos and sports betting operators to maintain control of their player on-boarding and payments strategy, as well as its open-loop prepaid program, was highly attractive to us. Importing experience from mature markets like Europe is key as our industry evolves.”
“Secure Trading is always looking to partner with forward-thinking and innovative companies that are helping to drive the industry forward,” adds Secure Trading founder Kobus Paulsen. “At the dawn of legalized sports betting in the U.S., now is the perfect time for us to partner with a fantastic company such as FABI.”
“FABI has a wealth of experience and are real experts in what they do,” agrees U.S. Senior Vice President Kevin Dodson. “That’s why we were keen to partner with them. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership in this exciting new world of sports betting within the U.S.”

GameCo Brings ‘Gen 3’ Games to G2E 2018
GameCo, creator of video-game gambling machines, will showcase key innovations and new game titles at G2E 2018. The latest iterations, on view in Booth 5034, increase betting velocity for a heightened player experience.
GameCo, creator of the first video-game gambling machines, will come to G2E with new, faster Gen 3 games that provide an increased level of coin-in and a greater degree of player engagement, says GameCo founder and CEO Blaine Graboyes.
“Our Generation 3 games represent a huge leap forward in our quest to create the most engaging and successful video game gambling games ever made.” Graboyes says. “By increasing betting velocity by tenfold and higher, we’re able create the gambling experiences players want and the efficiencies casinos rely on. Additional features such as our secondary Token economy further drive engagement while increasing session time.”
The first Gen 3 title, which launched recently in New Jersey and Connecticut, is an updated release of Nothin’ but Net, a fast-paced realistic 3D basketball game. In Nothin’ but Net 2, players take multiple shots on basket. Each shot corresponds to a single bet with denominations comparable to a slot-machine spin. Players who make 10 out of 15 baskets enter the bonus round, where they have a free chance to win a Progressive Jackpot.
The Gen 3 portfolio also features four new innovations, according to the company:
- A Free Tutorial that allows players to engage with the game prior to funding, simplifying and improving the on-boarding of new players
- GameCo’s new “Token Economy,” which gives players in-game Tokens that provide power-ups and enhancements for gameplay and deliver new ways to win
- The “Miss Pool,” which allows players to wager Tokens instead of cash to reclaim cash wins missed during gameplay
- The $20 Jackpot Bet, which increases a player’s odds of winning a Progressive Jackpot in the bonus round by more than 100x
GameCo will also debut an adaptation of Bandai Namco Entertainment’s fighting game Soulcalibur II. Soulcalibur II: Casino Edition has been jointly developed with Bandai Namco to deliver the same player experience. Featuring well-known player characters such as Mitsurugi and Taki, it marks the first time a AAA console and on-line video game will be adapted for land-based casinos, and includes a traditional arcade-style fighting game button deck.
Other new games premiering at G2E 2018 include The Secret Temple, a Match 3 game that leverages the increased betting velocity and player engagement of GameCo’s Gen 3 innovations. The Secret Temple represents GameCo’s newest Match 3 game, where players explore an ancient Egyptian pyramid to uncover treasures and unlock the secrets buried inside.
GameCo will also debut its new Multiplayer Challenge Mode. The new multiplayer system will allow up to 64 players to compete head-to-head in video-game gambling competitions on the casino floor. Complete with a leaderboard system for tracking results and payouts, the Multiplayer Challenge Mode brings a true eSports-style experience to land-based casinos. From action and fighting games to sports, racing and casual games, GameCo titles will now be supported in multiplayer formats.
As an expansion of GameCo’s VGM Platform, the Multiplayer Challenge Mode—due to launch in early 2019—expands GameCo’s entire game library to support both single player and multiplayer gaming. From head-to-head battles to large-scale tournaments, the new technology allows GameCo to adapt almost any game and runs on existing GameCo VGM hardware. The first game to support the new Multiplayer Challenge Mode will be GameCo’s Gen 3 version of Nothin’ but Net 2.
Future games supported by GameCo’s Multiplayer Challenge Mode will include Soulcalibur II: Casino Edition (fighting game); Steve Aoki’s Neon Dream (infinite runner); and The Secret Temple (Match 3 game).
G2E 2017 unveiled GameCo’s “The Casino of The Future, Now” concept. This year, GameCo will build on this idea with a marketing campaign inspired by social media, “#LiveYourBestLife.” As casinos strive to attract a new, younger audience, GameCo has developed a branding experience that speaks to a generation of gamers and customers for whom experiences are more important than anything else. Playing out in advertising, online, and in the mobile and physical spaces, “#LiveYourBestLife” tells the story of four carefree best friends cruising the open roads to arrive at the ultimate destination where gambling, nightlife, and pool parties make for an experience of a lifetime.

Cammegh Highlights G2E Lineup
Table supplier Cammegh has released a preview of the products it will feature at the G2E 2018, highlighting the new Triple Zero Roulette at Booth 2026.
Cammegh, a leading producer of roulette wheels internationally, will once again be exhibiting at G2E 2018, building on the company’s success in both the local Nevada market and at casinos across North America.
One Cammegh highlights will be Triple Zero Roulette, a product that is already firmly established on the Las Vegas Strip. Having proven both successful and acceptable to the player profile in Vegas following its launch at the Venetian, Triple Zero Roulette has been embraced at properties including New York-New York, Excalibur, Luxor, The Park (formerly Monte-Carlo) and the Golden Nugget.
“The success of Triple Zero Roulette isn’t unique to Las Vegas, as cruise ship operators in particular have also embraced the concept,” says Andrew Cammegh, director of Cammegh Ltd. “However, the specific player profile on the Strip has proven that Triple Zero Roulette both drives new player engagement and increases house edge, which is the perfect winning formula.”
Originally designed to appeal to new players by offering low table minimums, Triple Zero Roulette has proven a runaway hit, increasing occupancy and demand to such a degree that Las Vegas operators are choosing to raise their minimums, with players seeing the third green pocket as yet another betting option.
“We’ve been delighted by the acceptance of Triple Zero Roulette by U.S. operators and look forward to bringing this diverse product to an even wider audience at the G2E show, Booth 2026,” says Cammegh.
In addition to the excitement surrounding Triple Zero Roulette, Cammegh will showcase its roulette product range, including the Slingshot2, Mercury 360 Roulette with Halo, RRS and Aurora wheels, plus the company’s ever-expanding range of exclusive side bets. At the 2018 edition of the G2E Vegas show, Cammegh’s SpreadBet Roulette will be joined by SpreadBet BlackJack and the recently launched SpreadBet Baccarat, which proved widely popular during G2E’s Macau gaming show in the summer.
Finally, Cammegh will have a product unveiling in Las Vegas as the company reveals its new MediaPro for the Billboard display system. This new content scheduler works seamlessly with Cammegh’s Billboard to allow operators to build media assets and drag-n-drop content into specific timelines.
“MediaPro enables operators to take complete control of the Billboard for the scheduling of media content at the point of play,” says Cammegh.
“Using a tablet device, operators can add media content and scrolling messages, set table minimums and maximums within specific timelines, schedule sports channel feeds, enter results and much more. We’re excited to showcase the capabilities of MediaPro at G2E and extend a warm welcome to all our friends in the industry.”

The 3D Bare-Eye Solution is made up of a development kit and a broadcast kit. The content development kit is based on Unity, the most common gaming development environment, so it’s easy to adopt. In addition to providing software development tools, the kit also comes with a monitor, computer system, and a proprietary interface card that connects the development system to the playback system.
Features of the 3D Content Development kit include: Intel Core i5-6500, 4C/4T with boost to 3.6GHz, L2=6GB. Graphics NVIDIA GTX1050Ti (4GB GDDR5) or GTX1070Ti. Storage 2.5-inch SATA SSD 256GB. Power consumption average of 190 watts. Resolution of 3840 x 2160.
