Buffalo Run Casino Eyes Improved Guest Experience with QCI Link-Up

Buffalo Run Casino & Resort in Oklahoma has entered into a new partnership with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) as part of an effort to deliver a superior experience to guests.

Under the deal, Buffalo Run will use QCI Go, the provider’s native mobile app. QCI Go features a range of tools, including player card scanning and real-time player lookup.

According to QCI, the app will enable faster service, deeper guest relationships, and greater operational efficiency on the casino floor.

QCI Go is part of the provider’s wider portfolio of gaming-focused solutions. Its software is deployed at more than 250 casino resorts across North America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Latin America and Europe.

“With mobile access to key player information, events, and task management, our team can deliver personalized service in real time, enhancing both the guest experience and host effectiveness,” Jewett said.

Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI, said: “By providing hosts with mobile access to the QCI platform, we enable them to deliver exceptional, timely service and foster stronger player relationships.
