Vegas Club Management Consolidates

Nightlife and lifestyle company Angel Management Group of Las Vegas recently announced it will acquire the hospitality group Pure Management Group that owns nine businesses including Caesar’s PURE Nightclub.

“I’m extremely excited to be in a position to join together our collective assets and teams in order to create the largest nightlife company in Las Vegas, and along with it an exciting future for everyone involved,” Neil Moffitt, chief executive officer, Angel Management Group said in a press release. “Our first priority will be to expand upon the success of our current venues and develop our existing brands in other territories, followed by the launch of several new Las Vegas venues in 2011.”

The agreement will allow AMG to have a greater hold on the Las Vegas entertainment scene. The company already handles operations for over a dozen properties on the Strip like MGM Grand Hotel & Casino’s Tabu Ultra Lounge and Studio 54 and manages the Hard Rock Beach Club.
