Goodson Gaming and Foxwoods Development Company recently announced they will form a new joint venture, Velocity Gaming. The new company will combine an online casino site with a weekly television game show that will be produced by legendary game-show producer Jonathan Goodson of The Price Is Right and Family Feud. The game show will drive visits to the casino site, and the site will direct players to the TV show.
Goodson Gaming also is the parent company of Gaming Solutions International, which has provided national and international turnkey start-up lottery services for more than 25 years. Goodson Gaming has developed 26 successful lottery television productions worldwide that have greatly boosted lottery ticket sales in each market.
The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation owns Foxwoods Development Company and Foxwoods Resort Casino and the MGM Grand at Foxwoods, the largest resort casino complex in North America.
