Taxforms

CasinoSoft’s Taxforms is an iOS-driven application that allows casino floor staff to capture and process patrons’ data, scan, upload photo IDs, do SDN/OFAC checks, obtain electronic signatures and produce a W-2G for jackpots on the spot. Once complete, the application can send a jackpot signal directly to a kiosk or smart safe for payment.

Taxforms can also automatically calculate and deduct federal and/or state withholdings and if applicable, check for any required intercept payments, be it collections or back child support.

CasinoSoft clients have been processing jackpots from start to finish in five minutes or less, driving revenue for customers by increasing time on device and minimizing down time. Staff can also pick up and process multiple jackpots, saving even more valuable time.

Taxforms can also process and complete tax forms such as W-9s, W-8s, 1099s and 1042s. It is designed to be user-friendly and easily accessible on a tablet. If for some reason, the tablet’s battery is dead or staff is in a weak Wi-Fi connection spot, all documents and information can still be processed on the desktop version.

Data is synced into a single database shared with CasinoSoft’s Title 31 platform, with real-time verification and instant communication across all departments. At year end, casino audit and compliance departments can aggregate 1099s and send out W-2Gs for patrons requesting them, and file with the federal government.

It is a no-brainer to utilize CasinoSoft’s Taxforms along with Title 3, which the company calls an industry game-changer.
