Take That to the Bank

The October 2023 edition of the Game Performance Report produced by Eilers & Krejcik Gaming and Fantini Research included an operator poll with 86 respondents, with the question of whether or not their average slot bank sizes have decreased in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Just under half (43 percent) of respondents indicated that their bank sizes have not changed, whereas as a third (34 percent) noted an average decrease of two seats.

Nine percent of respondents said that they decreased their banks by an average of three or more seats, and the same percentage indicated average decreases of one seat. Just 5 percent of operators said that their bank sizes had increased for reasons unrelated to the pandemic.
