Sightline Receives Multiple Honors

Payment solutions provider Sightline was presented with multiple awards in May, receiving special congressional recognition, honors for Payment Innovation of the Year at SBC Awards North America, and a Stevie Award for Communications Professional of the Year.

During Sightline’s grand opening celebration of its new offices in May, U.S. Rep. Susie Lee of Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District awarded Sightline with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition in “recognition of being a global leader in providing innovative payment processing solutions for various industries, including gaming, sports betting, and entertainment.” Lee participated in the grand opening of Sightline’s new offices in Las Vegas.

This acclamation was also reflected in this year’s SBC Awards North America event, which awarded Sightline with a Silver Award for Payment Innovation of the Year. The award recognizes expertise and innovation in the gaming industry.

These awards follow Sightline’s launch of the second generation of “Cashless Technology+” at Resorts World Las Vegas with updated functionality that includes remote identity verification, biometric authentication, and a single digital wallet within the Resorts World Las Vegas app. The app was gaming’s first omnichannel wallet to include these features, and has since become the gold standard, providing a simpler, more seamless user experience with enhanced security. Sightline’s Mobile+ and Play+ technology is available across Resorts World Las Vegas.

Sightline has advocated for enhanced regulation to improve the customer experience. Jonathan Michaels, Sightline’s senior vice president of strategic development & government affairs, was recently announced as a Silver Stevie Award winner for Communications Professional of the Year in the 2023 American Business Awards. The winners were determined by the average scores of more than 240 professionals worldwide over a three-month judging process.

“We’re proud of our continued efforts to drive the gaming and payments industries forward and thank Representative Lee, SBC, and the American Business Awards for these honors” said Omer Sattar, Sightline co-founder and co-CEO.
