San Bao Pandas

The central feature in this game, on Ainsworth’s new A-STAR Raptor cabinet, is a pot-style bonus that launches any or all of three enhanced free-game bonuses.

The base game is a five-reel, 50-line video slot. Animated panda characters above the reels are marked “Sticky Wild Free Games,” “Jackpot Free Games” and “Extra Free Games.” The pandas grow until one, two or three randomly burst to trigger eight free games.

With the Sticky Wild enhancement, every wild symbol locks in place for the remainder of the free spins. With Jackpot Free Spins, coins representing the five jackpots fill corresponding spots on the jackpot meters until a jackpot is won. The player spins to fill three spots for each of the lower two static jackpots, $3 (Mini) and $8 (Minor). Filling four spots under the Maxi wins that static prize of $15. Four spots under the Major meter wins that progressive, resetting at $500. Filling six spots under the Grand meter wins the top progressive, resetting at $10,000.

The Extra Free Games enhancement does just that—it adds “+1 Free Games” coins to the grid. The goal is to trigger all three pandas at once for the maximum enhanced free-game round.
