An interoperability laboratory in Peru was scheduled to begin servicing the gaming industry this month. The only regional-specific interoperability lab in South America, it will implement procedures and test protocols to make sure gaming platforms and systems are compatible and compliant. BMM, the company that will conduct the testing, is an independent company, whose engineers will pinpoint communication problems between the machines.
Vice President of Operations for the Americas Travis Foley said the lab will provide service to new and existing clients.
“We’re committed to serving the region,” Foley said.
