Penn National Names Reibstein CFO

Penn National Gaming has named Saul V. Reibstein, a member of the operator’s board of directors, as its new chief financial officer and senior vice president. Reibstein replaces William Clifford, who assumed the CFO role earlier this month at Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc., the real estate investment trust spun off from Penn that will own gaming properties managed by Penn.

In his new position, Reibstein will be responsible for Penn’s financial and treasury functions, including financial and periodic reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission, bank relationships, conducting internal and industry analysis to support the company’s goals for growth, investor relations and transactional activity.
