Penn Appoints GM at Flagship Casino

Penn National Gaming, Inc. announced that Bill Hayles, formerly general manager of Hollywood Casino Perryville in Maryland, has been named the new general manager of the operator’s flagship Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Hayles succeeds Frank Quigley, who is retiring after nearly 10 years with the company. His appointment is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to be effective in late June.

Hayles is a 23-year veteran of the hospitality and gaming industry. Since June 2011, he has served as GM of Hollywood Casino Perryville, where he oversaw the launch of live table games—Hollywood was first in the state with live tables.
