Peninsula Gaming Hires Moyer

Peninsula Gaming LLC, parent company of the Diamond Jo Casino in Dubuque, Iowa, has hired former Diamond Jo General Manager Todd Moyer as corporate vice president of marketing.

Moyer, who made his name as a marketing whiz as marketing VP of Trump Marina in Atlantic City, was most recently general manager of the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. He was in that job less than a year after leaving Diamond Jo.

Peninsula also named Carrie Tedore, another former Diamond Jo executive, as corporate director of public relations. Tedore was formerly Diamond Jo’s public relations director, and has continued to work on special projects for Peninsula.

In his new role, Moyer will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies for Peninsula Gaming’s portfolio of gambling and entertainment properties. Tedore will work on community relations in Peninsula’s current markets and in new markets where the company hopes to expand.
