Patrick Miller Named CEO of Rio Las Vegas

The Rio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas announced that Patrick Miller has been appointed president and CEO. Miller has a career spanning 28 years in the gaming and hospitality industry and a proven track record of success leading some of Las Vegas’ most popular Strip resorts.

Miller previously held key positions within MGM Resorts International, including senior vice president overseeing the hospitality divisions at MGM Grand, New York-New York, Excalibur, Signature, and the Shadow Creek golf course. He was also president and COO at Park MGM and NoMad Hotel, where he spearheaded the transformative half-billion-dollar renovation of Monte Carlo to Park MGM.

Miller is set to play a pivotal role in the Rio transformation. The property is currently in the midst of a multi-phase, $340 million renovation, a significant endeavor that promises to revitalize the resort. Miller’s vision for the property aligns with Rio’s commitment to provide exceptional experiences at a value for every guest and creating a culture where team members thrive.
