Optimizing Marketing

PRODUCT: Enterprise Platform Version AG153 • Manufacturer: Quick Custom Intelligence

At Quick Custom Intelligence G2E 2023 Booth 2440, the company will be demonstrating Version AGI53 of its Enterprise Platform for optimizing player marketing and business management, which now includes 159 casino resorts in five countries, over 500 locations, and over 90 cruise ships. QCI’s whole product range, including QCI Slots, QCI Host and QCI Marketing, as well as the Enterprise Platform, has been dramatically improved.

Packed with thousands of new function points, it’s QCI’s biggest product release ever. The AGI53 debut includes the highly extensible and configurable Power Pack module, standing out with its interactive, action-enabled dashboards driven by artificial general intelligence (AGI) using the company’s Mozart AGI integrated workflow engine. Additionally, Power Pack has an extensive set of functionalities to build custom reports, and even permits data importation, giving analysts and business users versatile and customizable reporting.

The QCI system allows operators to elevate event planning efficiency with the cutting-edge waitlist management system. These event enhancements will empower hosts by allowing them to allocate specific event spaces and get real-time visibility with a Total Number of Available Places display, and will help alleviate overbooking concerns with features catering to both Limited and Stretch Availability.

The QCI PURL is a completely new product built on the QCI Enterprise Platform that the Pala Casino marketing team and QCI data science team have collaborated on to produce an industry-leading customer-facing digital experience that provides patrons with a unified gaming experience from the restaurant to the hotel to the gaming floor. The content management-tool-driven interface of QCI PURL provides a rich, consistent customer experience.
