Gaming business software supplier and consultant NEWave announced that it has received a contract to install multiple software products at the Scotio Downs Casino & Racetrack in Columbus, Ohio.
Scotio Downs has purchased NEWave software to automate processes and increase efficiencies in customer service.
NEWave will install key elements of its myCompliance Manager, myRevenue Manager and myDocument Manager software suites. Specifically, the company will install its Title 31 Manager, Tax Form Validator, Audit Manager, Manuals, Document Capture, and Records Manager software products—all designed to save casinos time and money, and to ensure compliance and avoid costly fines.
“Our company has had fantastic experiences with NEWave software, and they have been a valued partner for years,” said Scioto Downs Senior Director of IT John Murphy. “As we prepared to open Scioto Downs, it made absolute sense for us to continue our partnership and bring to Scioto Downs the software we have come to rely on at our other properties.”
