New Cabinet Glamour

Product: Evolver 2238 Upright Cabinet
Manufacturer: Cole Kepro International LLC

Indicative of how casino games are judged by their “covers” is this latest addition to the collection of turn-key packaging options from an expert in the design and manufacture of gaming cabinets.

The new Evolver 2238 cabinet will be introduced at this year’s G2E by Cole, a well-known name which just over a year ago merged with its long-time Asian partner and supplier, Kepro.

To attract the player and showcase the latest in casino game entertainment, the new Cole Kepro 2238 upright cabinet has been designed to accommodate a larger LCD display. The newest cabinet will show off a 22-inch LCD in landscape mode or a 32-inch LCD in the portrait mode. In addition, the new cabinet features energy-efficient LED lighting with user-programmable color choices. Button panels and accent trim also can be branded for a customer’s specified appearance.

As with the company’s other cabinetry, this latest edition is available with a variety of other options including the “Fasttrack” technology, which provides a custom wiring harness to interface with a game board or CPU. Additional options include a variety of top boxes, progressive displays, LED toppers and sound system. A back-lit glass option also is available for static artwork in the upper display area. Also typical of the company’s models, this new 2238 version will accommodate most major brands of thermal printers, bill validators and card readers.

The company’s turn-key line of cabinets includes more than a dozen upright, slant-top and kiosk variations along with related assemblies. The company also offers custom cabinet design and fabrication through its staff of in-house engineers and manufacturing facilities in the U.S., Taiwan and mainland China.
