Nevada Gaming Control Board Member Mark Clayton

Nevada Gaming Control Board member Mark Clayton recently told Governor Kim Gibbons that he plans to seek other opportunities upon his termÆs conclusion in December. Clayton, who was appointed to the board by former Governor Kenny Guinn in 2005, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he “felt it was best to let this governor select his own board member.” The governorÆs office acknowledged ClaytonÆs plans to leave his position on the board, telling the newspaper that Gibbons “will appoint a qualified person when the time is right.”
