Secure all facility keys and important assets safely and efficiently with the Morse Watchmans KeyWatcher Touch electronic key control system. This modular, scalable and expandable system resides on a network server and can be integrated with other access control systems for even greater security. Customize a KeyWatcher Touch by selecting among several module options for keys, credit cards, single-door lockers and dual-door lockers. The benefits of electronic key control include:
- Reduced Liability—Reduce risk of security incidents with key control. Procuring electronic key control supports security plan objectives and helps with avoiding unnecessary liability.
- Improved Accountability—Track physical key activity and employees are more likely to adhere to the master security plan. Only authorized individuals can access the system and return the keys that are assigned to them.
- Streamlined Workflow—Save time when keys are no longer misplaced or missing. Automatic alerts prompt employees to return keys at the end of their work shift. Keys then become available to other staff members for their shifts.
Since all key removal and key return transactions are recorded, automatic email reports are available for any user at any time. Reports can be scheduled to automatically email, print or save in a PDF or CSV format.
Once users access the system, the status bar on the touchscreen provides guidance on key removal and return. Voice prompts help new users ensure that proper key retrieval and return protocols are followed.
Special features allow users to see which keys are out, if any keys are overdue and when they will become overdue. The system also locates which KeyWatcher Touch cabinet contains a specific key and determines who has it out. Another feature enables key returns to any KeyWatcher Touch cabinet located within the facility.
All KeyWatcher Touch cabinets are built with category 4 hospital-grade 18GA stainless steel panels that resist corrosion and are coated with antimicrobial powder. This scratch-resistant coating retains microbe-fighting qualities for years and withstands regular cleanings and use.
