Michigan’s Little River Casino Resort Appoints Michael Schrader as GM

The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, Little River Casino Resort has named Michael Schrader general manager of the property, ahead of its 25th anniversary in July.

Schrader has widespread experience serving in leadership positions throughout the country, including more than 20 years of Native American casino and resort experience, the casino said. His background also includes business management, security and surveillance, compliance, and eight years in the U.S. Navy.

Located just north of Manistee, a community on the shores of Lake Michigan, Little River Casino Resort is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

The resort features a hotel with 292 rooms inspired by the area’s natural surroundings, and amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, and a luxurious Nectar Spa & Salon.
