A new casino player research program, Players Pulse, recently was introduced by Michael Meczka, president of Meczka Marketing/Research/Consulting, Inc., a leader in casino market research, and Michael McNabb, president of MJM Consulting. Players Pulse will provide statistical analysis of casino player behavior, preferences, share of market, share of wallet, competitive penetration for specific gaming markets and other critical data, biannually and cost-effectively. Players Pulse also will offer each participating casino proprietary data available to them alone.
Players Pulse research data will allow individual casinos to obtain statistically relevant player information and trends analysis. Every six months, individual casinos will receive an analysis of share of gaming visits, plus a comparison of specific competitive attributes based on player opinions, games played and the average spend per casino trip.
In addition, each casino will receive information and cross-tabulation regarding 10 proprietary, exclusive questions to be seen only by that property.
