McGill to Join Aristocrat

Slot manufacturer Aristocrat Technologies announced that Seamus McGill will join the company as chief operating officer of Aristocrat Americas, effective February 2009.

A veteran of the slot manufacturing sector, McGill was most recently CEO of Cyberview Technologies, which recently was acquired by International Game Technology. Prior to that, he spent eight years as an executive of WMS Gaming in Chicago. As executive vice president and managing director of international operations at WMS, McGill spearheaded that companyÆs growth into several new markets across the globe.

McGill joins recently appointed president Nick Khin in an effort to turn around the fortunes of AristocratÆs U.S. operation, which has seen declining sales this year.

“SeamusÆ extensive experience and proven track record make him the perfect addition to AristocratÆs executive team,” said Khin. “Seamus will be instrumental in helping us achieve our strategic goals and grow our business in the Americas.”

“I am delighted to join the company at this exciting time and look forward to driving the business towards the next stage of its development,” said McGill. “I have always admired AristocratÆs product strength and global vision. Aristocrat has a phenomenal potential and the aim is to take advantage and maximize the opportunities which exist in the gaming industry.”
