Masada and Peterson promoted at Konami

Konami has added to its leadership team with two promotions of veteran employees.

Glenn Masada was promoted to senior director of accounting and finance, and Spencer Peterson was appointed as senior director, technical compliance. Masada has over 35 years of experience and joined Konami in 2007. He holds a degree in accounting from California State in Los Angeles. Masada will answer directly to Ryoichi Kimura, the company’s senior vice president and CEO.

Peterson will report to Chief Compliance Officer Tom Jingoli. He is responsible for seeing that regulatory requirements are met through policies and practices. He will oversee Konami products, software testing, internal procedure and revised procedures. Peterson came to Konami in 2005 with a degree in electrical engineering. The two promotions will revitalize Konami’s senior leadership team, CEO Steve Sutherland said.
