Jennifer Kearns has been named executive director of relationship marketing at Live! Casino in Hanover, Maryland. Kearns created the casino’s customer relationship management system and served as director of relationship marketing. In her new position she will lead the relationship marketing team as it cultivates strong relationships with new and existing customers and enhances VIP guest service.

Previously Kearns worked at SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia in VIP guest service, casino host management and VIP event management. She oversaw the launch of a property wide CRM system, which increased customer loyalty.
