Kambi Group CEO Nylén to Step Down

The board of directors of Malta-based sportsbook supplier Kambi Group announced that its CEO and co-founder, Kristian Nylén, has notified the board of his intention to step down from his current position during the year, upon the appointment of a successor.

Since co-founding Kambi with Anders Ström in 2010, Nylén has steered the company through numerous milestones, leading Kambi to become the industry’s No. 1 sportsbook supplier, the company said in a statement.

Kambi’s Nomination Committee has proposed Nylén for election to the board at the forthcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting.

Nylén said in the statement that he is stepping down to spend more time with his family, but looks forward to continuing to support Kambi as a board member.
