Johnson Named To Wynn Resorts Board

Wynn Resorts, Limited recently named Admiral Jay L. Johnson as a Class II member of its board of directors, bringing the board from nine to 10 members. Johnson will serve on the board’s Compensation Committee. His term will end at the 2019 annual meeting.

Following a distinguished 32-year career in the U.S. Navy, serving as chief of Naval Operations and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Johnson retired in July 2000. He then served in various senior executive roles at Dominion Resources Inc., including serving as chief executive officer of Dominion Virginia Power.
