Gaming Laboratories International or GLI is the industry titan when it comes to testing technology to ensure it does what it’s supposed to do. Joe Carlon has been at the forefront of GLI’s efforts to test iGaming and sports betting technology that can be even more complicated than the technology in slot machines and the systems that control them. Carlon explains how GLI has helped sports betting and iGaming companies in their compliance efforts for regulators and how the systems are constantly evolving under the guidance of GLI. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros and Editor Frank Legato from his home office in early February.
