JCM Licensed in Illinois

Currency validation equipment manufacturer JCM Global announced that the Illinois Gaming Board has granted the company a license as a video gaming terminal supplier, making JCM the only supplier of bill validators to be licensed in the state.

JCM has been a licensed supplier to Illinois riverboat casinos since 2002, but will now be permitted to supply equipment for the new VLT market created by the 2009 Video Lottery Act, which authorizes up to five machines each in thousands of bars, restaurants and other locations.

“We are absolutely thrilled to have been granted this license by the Illinois Gaming Board,” said Mark Henderson, VP of global sales for JCM Global. “Since 2002, we have been supplying riverboats in Illinois with our award-winning products like the Universal Bill Acceptor, the Intelligent Cash Box and the Sentry bezel. Now we are excited to expand our presence in Illinois, along with our recently expanded product line, which includes the award-winning iVIZION bill validator, the new ICB 2.5, the new Sentry 2.0 and the new PayCheck 4 thermal printer.”
