Che Las Vegas Sands Corp. said Lawrence Jacobs stepped down last month from his position as the operator’s executive vice president, global general counsel and secretary.

Jacobs had been responsible for the leadership and oversight of the operator’s legal affairs around the world since 2016, when he was named to the posts. His departure was disclosed in a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The position of executive vice president, global general counsel and secretary will be assumed by D. Hudson was previously an attorney with Bancroft PLLC, and had also served as a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
