Auggie Cipollini recently was named president of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, South Florida’s largest gaming and entertainment complex, where he will be responsible for all operations and management.
Prior to joining Seminole Hard Rock, Cipollini was senior vice president of operations at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, where he was responsible for all non-gaming operations—hospitality, food and beverage, retail, reservations, hotel sales, revenue management, project design and development, facilities and property maintenance, security and surveillance.
