Golden Entertainment Names Senior Vice President

Nevada-based Golden Entertainment Inc. has hired Sean T. Higgins as senior vice president of government affairs and business development. His role will be to work with federal and state officials on issues related to the company’s business activities.

Higgins spent many years as a lobbyist before the Nevada legislature and also served as principal of STH Strategies, a company he founded in 2015. Before that, he was managing principal of Porter Golden Silver Communications, and was partner in the law firm of Gordon Silver.

Golden CEO, President and Chairman Blake L. Sartini said of Higgins, “His extensive industry knowledge as well as his legislative and developmental experience will be tremendous assets as we continue to expand on a local, regional and national level.”
