According to a new report issued by H2 Gambling Capital, Australians are the biggest individual losers when gambling. Residents Down Under lost almost US$1,000 per person according the report, published in the Economist magazine. Gambling activity is defined as non-casino gaming machines, casinos, betting (sports betting, racetracks, etc.), lottery and online wagering.
