First Phase Completed on New York's Resorts World Casino

The first phase of Resorts World Casino New York City, the 0 million casino and entertainment project at Aqueduct Racetrack, has been completed by JCJ Architecture. Developed and operated by Malaysian-based Genting Group, Resorts World will cover over 1 million square feet and consist of three New York-themed casino levels. The enormous undertaking is New York City’s only gaming operation and one of the largest multi-use entertainment complexes in the country.

The property incorporated flexible design elements to accommodate future modifications while also preserving the building’s existing structural integrity. It also uses sustainable design strategies and materials as well as climate-controlled elements.
