The inaugural eSports and Casino Resorts conference was held in October at the SLS in Las Vegas, bringing together executives in the casino and eSports industry to discuss mutual possibilities.

Organized by Narus Advisors, topics included hosting eSports events, wagering on eSports, regulatory aspects of eSports, opportunities in Indian Country, the demographics of eSports enthusiasts and more. Bottom line? Casinos should not embark on any eSports initiatives without consulting experts in the industry. Authenticity is crucial to the success of any venture because of the fickle nature of the eSports market.
