Easy Money

DiTronics Financial Services has launched a unique product that allows operators to extend loyalty awards to the ATM by applying player’s club points to transaction fees when withdrawing cash.

The Transaction Rewards Personalized Funds Access application links directly to the casino management system and the tier rankings for each player. The patent-pending solution is designed to drive player loyalty, empowering the operator to provide specific tiers of players a discount on funds access transactions, allowing for points and/or comps to be used to pay for surcharges, and to provide a systematic method by which an operator can comp or discount specific player tiers for funds access charges, complete with reporting.

The Transaction Rewards solution is available as an add-on to any current funds access services customer who is utilizing the DiTronics ATM, “All N 1” ATMs, DFS kiosks, credit card cash advance, debit point-of-sale and check cashing services. The solution is designed to provide an exceptional ROI, and addresses the casino’s need to add value to the player’s club card and to retain the best players.

Where units have already been deployed, casinos are reporting increases of upwards of 20 percent in cash to the floor.
