CasinoTrac KTMobile

G2E 2023 is shaping up to be quite the launch party for the CasinoTrac system. Leading the charge is KTMobile. This year has provided a significant expansion in functionality for the native, mobile application that has extended the players club and promotional kiosk to the palm of the player’s hand.

On top of the ability to view loyalty status and balances, and redeem offers and promotions, KTMobile is the primary step in a cardless loyalty environment. With CasinoTrac’s approval as a cashless wager system, and patent for gaming machine currency transfers, the company has entered into exclusive agreements with Koin and Marker Trax to implement best-of-breed financial services and disruptive credit/marker functionality into the already robust app.

Collectively branded Cashless in a Box, the solution enables customers to deploy and support a fully regulated, cashless wagering solution. Cashless wagering is one thing, but the financial relationship brings a multitude of wide-reaching benefits unique in the market. When using Cashless in a Box, our customers can incentivize cash/debit transactions on and off property, increasing data share and brand awareness, as well as savings and loyalty program benefits for the player.

KTMobile is seamlessly integrated with CasinoTrac Reflexive Rewards for offers and KioskTrac promotions. This combination works to reward known players of known value, in an automated fashion, configured based on tiering rules—collectively, a brilliant marriage of immediate rewards for specific behavior.

KTMobile enables promotional and cashable credits to move seamlessly, securely from each player’s account to slot machines, table games, restaurants, and any other point of sale on the property using the digital player card.

Significant efficiencies are created by less cash handling and fewer excessive ATM advance fees. An additional perk is that players can view personal direct mail offers, upcoming promotions, and other casino happenings at the touch of a finger. Further benefits are garnered by the reduction of manual transactions, direct mail costs and higher adoption of electronic communications.
