Atronic Installs Table Systems in Quèbec

The Atronic Systems division of slot and system supplier Gtech Corporation announced it has completed installation of its Galaxis Star/Tables table management system at three Québec casinos, with a fourth installation planned for this month.

Galaxis is a scalable system that provides accounting and player tracking for both slots and tables.

In the largest North American installation to date of the system, Galaxis Star/Tables was installed to link 120 table games at Casino de Montréal, following 20-table links at Casino de Charlevoix in La Malbaie and Casino de Mont-Tremblant. The final installation will link 60 tables at Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau-Ottawa.

“It is a great honor for Atronic that the prestigious Loto-Québec has decided to move to Star/Tables,” said Didier Thomas, regional sales manager for Atronic Systems.
