Aristocrat Wins Ohio System Contract

Slot and system manufacturer Aristocrat Technologies announced that it has secured the first system contract in Ohio. The company will install its popular Oasis 360 casino management system at MTR Gaming’s Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack in Columbus.

It is the third purchase of Oasis 360 by MTR Gaming Group.

“Expanding both the number of properties and the expansion of modules they are using confirms MTR Gaming’s support for Oasis and further strengthens our dedication to delivering the best business tools possible to MTR Gaming,” said Kelly Shaw, vice president of system sales and marketing for Aristocrat.

“Aristocrat has been an incredible partner for several years,” added Jeff Dahl, president and CEO of MTR Gaming Group. “When it came to selecting a provider for our Scioto Downs Casino & Racetrack property, the decision was very easy. The partnership, the level of service and the superior tools made Aristocrat and Oasis 360 the clear choice.”

The Oasis 360 installation at Scioto Downs will monitor 2,100 devices, and is the first in the MTR Group to take advantage of Oasis 360’s newest and state-of-the-art products like nCompass, the industry’s most advanced media window, and the full range of Speed Bonusing Solutions, including Aristocrat’s nRich bonusing product.

Other modules chosen include Ricochet Rewards, Splashdown Countdown, Jackpot Announcer, Personal Banker, Ticketing and Quick Funds.
