ACS Axcess Games Delivered to Revel, Seminoles

New Jersey-based slot manufacturer AC Slots announced that it has delivered an 84-machine order to the new Revel casino in Atlantic City, which is slated to open in May as the first new Boardwalk casino resort since the opening of Trump Taj Mahal in 1990. Also last month, the company delivered the first several hundred units of video slot games in its new “Axcess” platform, the supplier’s first proprietary base slot product.

Following a successful introduction at the Global Gaming Expo in November, ACS delivered the first Axcess games to the Seminole casinos in Florida and to Ameristar, which is placing games in its “hot slot” areas at the front of each of its casinos nationwide. Meanwhile, the company says the first 200 units have rolled off the production line, and are headed to destinations “across North America and around the globe.”

Besides the Ameristar casinos and the Seminole properties across Florida, early adopters of Axcess include Aruba Marriott Stellaris, the Mardi Gras racino in Florida, Terribles Lakeside in Iowa and Agua Aliente in California.

The Revel order includes both legacy models—proprietary AC Slots bonus games attached to IGT base games—and games in the new Axcess slot platform.

The Axcess games currently being installed on Revel’s casino floor include “Fish Party,” “Freak Show” and “Inca Cash.” ACS will be delivering an additional five Axcess titles to the resort before its official May opening.
