Rwandan Casino Delayed
The first casino developed by Lotto Rwanda did not open as scheduled on October 21.
The New Times reported that the hotel in which the casino is located did have a soft opening on the previously announced date. Work on the Casino Kigali, situated inside the first floor of the Top Tower Hotel in Kacyiru, is continuing.
No one from Casino Kigali management or owner Lotto Rwanda had any comment, New Times reported. However, some unidentified workers on site said the delay in opening was due to gaming equipment not having arrived yet from outside the country.
