Aliante Announces Executive Picks
Station Casinos has selected its directors for Aliante Station, which opened November 11.
The company picked Laci Urcioli for the director of marketing position. Urcioli will be responsible for a team of 35 employees, and will oversee the advertising, marketing, promotions, player development and rewards center for the new resort. Urcioli previously worked in advertising and marketing positions at various other Station Casinos properties, and also worked in marketing at IGT.
Rod Hicken was named director of facilities, a position that entails overseeing the engineering and maintenance of the property, as well as general upkeep of the facility’s appearance.
Station selected Benito Biancaniello to be director of slot operations; he will be responsible for the property’s more than 2,550 slot and video poker machines. Biancaniello has worked for Station Casinos for more than 20 years, beginning his career at Bingo Palace, which later became Palace Station. Biancaniello has opened six other Station Casinos properties.
