Cantor Gaming announced the creation of a new sports betting tool last month, “Inside Wagers.” The betting option, approved by the Nevada State Gaming Control Board will first be introduced at the M Resort Spa Casino.

“Inside Wagers” works by allowing casino patrons to bet on individual games inside normal bookmaker lines during specific windows of time throughout the week beginning on Thursday.
