IGT is offering Oncore Progressives as a three-level, mystery-driven communal progressive jackpot system designed for use with any IGT core game, with specific versions designed for certain IGT game groups. Operators can utilize merchandising with a banking package to create a unique experience for players.   

IGT has themed different packages to different game groups.  “Diamond Nights” caters to the three-reel, mechanical, high-denomination spinning reel players “Red Hot Ice” (pictured) is designed to appeal to the video reel low-denomination MLD (Multi-Layer Display) players. It showcases MultiWay Xtra video core games through a fire-and-ice-themed graphics package. “Treasure Cove” s for MLD-only spinning-reel low-denomination players, with a pirate-themed graphics package.

When the mystery progressive hits, winning animations appear across all top boxes. OnCore Progressives feature Gold, Silver, and Bronze progressive levels with a high hit frequency.  Any bet can win with no winning combination necessary. A player can wager up to increase the hit frequency for more progressive awards.
