Union Gaming Research Macau Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Las Vegas-based Union Gaming Group, has opened an office in Macau.

The company intends to publish equity research and provide corporate access to its global client base. The office is situated in the Finance and IT Building on the Macau peninsula.

“This is a huge milestone for our company,” said Grant Govertsen, one of the firm’s founders and head of Asia. “There is no substitute for having feet on the ground in the two largest and most dynamic gaming markets in the world. Our integration into these communities will allow us to deliver a unique set of resources to our clients that has never been offered before.”
