Professionals within the Canadian gaming industry can now further their education online, thanks to a new Gaming Leadership Certificate Program offered by Athabasca University.

The university has partnered with the Canadian Gaming Centre of Excellence to present a nine-course program that aims to equip industry employees with the insight, education and training to meet the future leadership requirements of the growing Canadian casino industry. Four courses will be delivered through Athabasca University and five through the CGCE, all by the touch of a mouse.

The program’s description reads, “This tiered online university certificate program not only provides candidates aspiring to be leaders in our gaming organizations with a Gaming Leadership Certificate but gives them the opportunity to complete their MBA online through Athabasca University as well.”
