Horseshoe Cleveland, a $350 million casino being built by Rock Gaming LLC and Caesars Entertainment inside of the Higbee Building in Cleveland, Ohio, has named five senior management positions to serve under general manager Marcus Glover.

They include Brad Hirsch, vice president and assistant general manager; Lee Dillard, vice president, finance; Karen Kaminski, vice president of human resources; Tracey Witchko, regional director, materials management and Tosha Tousant, director of table games. Between them they have over 65 years of gaming experience.

Glover commented, “Brad, Lee, Tracy, Karen and Tosha’s extensive operations experience and their deep familiarity with the Horseshoe brand will ensure that Northeast Ohio’s first casino is laser-focused on providing a legendary guest experience delivered by employees who love their work.”

The Horseshoe Casino is scheduled for a March 2012 opening.
