Chris Archunde is principal of Chris Archunde Solutions, Training and Operations. As the first director of marketing at the Casino Metro at Sheraton Puerto Rico, she was instrumental in establishing the brand and subsequent success of the casino, producing the name, logo and selling points, building the pre-opening database and setting all processes for marketing operations.
