Amy Groff is an associate with the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, office of K&L Gates. Her practice focuses on employment law and general civil and commercial litigation. Her employment law practice involves representing employers before administrative agencies, defending litigation in state and federal courts, advising employers, and drafting policies and procedures. Groff also has experience with litigation involving state and federal constitutional law. She has served as trial counsel in a federal jury case, argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and participated on a team that successfully defended a constitutional challenge in the U.S. Supreme Court. Linda J. Shorey is a partner in the Harrisburg office of K&L Gates. Her primary practice areas are betting and gaming law (with a focus on internet gaming) and appellate, constitutional and election law. She does regulatory work and litigation in these areas. She has spoken on U.S. law as it relates to internet gaming at seminars, briefings and conferences in New York City, London and Montreal, and on webinars.
